Yo Taira is a Janapese singer, songwriter, rapper, and lyric writer.
Grew up with American Soul, Funk, Blues, and R&B since her father is
a huge fun of those music. Thousands of analog record is her family's treasure.
Started her music caree in 1999 in Los Angels while she studied at Santa
Monica College in business management mojor. Signed to a little sound production
in Pasadina as a songwriter with the very first song she had ever written.
After the expire of one-year contract, she moved to the other production
as an artist, and came back to Japan after the graduation. In Japan, she
started to work with many creators like Manaboon, STY, DeLa★, and Nao'ymt.
Debut as a lyric writer is "JUICY" by Kumi Koda in 2006. She
also written lyrics for Ya-Kyim, BENI, LOVE, and so on.
Yo is an "Otaku" of the cartoon "ONE PIECE" by Eiichiro
Oda, and owns fun illust site.
